How did you get involved with ASUW?
I started as a member of the Elections Administration Committee my Freshman year. Then, Sophomore year I served as the EAC Chair where I facilitated the elections process for ASUW. Now, as a Junior, I am the Personnel Director and get the true pleasure and honor of being on the Board of Directors.

What does your job entail?
Think of me like Human Resources. I facilitate office and disciplinary policy, job description changes, and serve as the employee representative to the Board of Directors. In the Spring I will coordinate the hiring of the 70 paid employees of the Association!

Favorite part of working for the ASUW?
The people! The people that work and volunteer for the Association are extremely passionate about what they do and during my time with ASUW I have learned so much from them. (And there always seems to be free food around the office which is AMAZING)

What career do you hope to pursue long term?
Dream job would be to work on a presidential campaign!
